Hi,

In [1], the intention was to drop i386 from the architecture list,
as the commit message says. However mipsel was forgotten there.

In [2], mipsel got readded for one of those binaries. However it is
still missing from the other two, breaking build-rdeps of libhts-dev.

Please add mipsel back.
