Hello!
llvm-toolchain-3.6 and -3.7 currently FTBFS on ppc64 and doxygen is
currently therefore BD-Uninstallable on wanna-build.
Could you drop the build dependencies on the LLVM for ppc64 in doxygen
until the LLVM issues have been resolved? Not being able to build
doxygen blocks several packages on ppc64.

LLVM builds fine again on ppc64 (and powerpc), so we can close this bug
as there is no need to drop llvm-dev from the list of build dependencies
of the doxygen package.
