Hello Debian OpenStack,
There is a circular dependency between python3-oslo.config and python3-oslo.log:
python3-oslo.config :Depends: python3-oslo.log (>= 3.36.0)
python3-oslo.log :Depends: python3-oslo.config (>= 1:5.2.0)
Circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade between
stable releases, so we should try to avoid them.

There's unfortunately nothing I can do at my level. Upstream must take
care of this.

I can't avoid it. I don't think it will be a problem when upgrading though.
