Hello,
There was a problem while autobuilding your package with
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip.
Final binaries are still stripped.
If you call dh_strip correctly in debian/rules, this may mean that upstream
is stripping anyway.
You should look for call to strip, ld -s or install -s which may strip binaries.

The bug was fixed in the gpart 1:0.3-3 (in stretch), due to switching from
raw makefiles to automake.
Btw, the reason of bug in the v0.1h-4.1 was the line
at gpart/src/Makefile:38:
