Please remove the "python-astropy" source package from unstable.
Upstream will stop supporting the Python 2 package by the end of the
year, and so it should not appear in Buster or later. Python 3 support
is provided by the "astropy" source package.
All reverse dependencies of python-astropy were removed; the sid archive
only contains cruft now. The listed dependencies on python3-astropy come
from outdated versions on hurd and can be ignored.
