The Vsc-Svn field points to a Debian Python Modules Team repository,
which is not up-to-date:
$ debcheckout -a --source=never aafigure >/dev/null
$ head -n1 aafigure/debian/changelog
aafigure (0.5-4) UNRELEASED; urgency=low
Please either keep the repository in sync with what is uploaded to the
archive, or in case you don't intend to keep the package
team-maintained, remove Vcs-* fields altogether, and remove the team
from Uploaders.

Version: 0.5-5
This bug was fixed when version 0.5-5 was released as it came from the
salsa repository directly and would have over-written anything that was in
unstable.
At the very least, I uploaded 0.5-7 last week and I am certain that what's
in unstable matches salsa. This issue can be closed.
