Should pam-ssh-agent-auth be removed from the archive?

It seems dead upstream, the last commits are from March 2014, it's broken
with OpenSSL 1.1 and was removed from testing more than a year ago. It's
also one of the few remaining packages blocking the removal of OpenSSL 1.0.

If it builds now with OpenSSL 1.1, I don't see a reason to remove it,
this was primarily motivated because we need to get rid of OpenSSL 1.0
for good.

I'm closing the bug for now.
