The version of vagrant in unstable (2.1.5) doesn't work with virtualbox in
unstable (6.0.4):

There is version 2.2.3 upstream, which claims to work with virtualbox 6.
I tried to update the package, but after updating the patches the build fails
with a missing dependency:

Dropping the requirement makes the build pass, but then results in a runtime
