It has been noticed in #899112 and #899222 that Mono's
System.TermInfoReader is incompatible with the new terminfo format. The
Debian mono maintainers kindly fixed that in version 4.6.2.7+dfsg-2, and
so versioned Breaks should be added to ncurses-base and ncurses-term to
ensure smooth partial upgrades, as has already been done for other
libraries.
Unfortunately the new mono version FTBFS on four architectures where it
has been built before. This needs to be fixed first before the Breaks
can be added, as making libmono-corlib4.5-cil uninstallable is not
acceptable.
