Hi,

The manpages can't be generated from the upstream source at
this stage, though the project that does enable that will
hopefully be merged one day.  It's a slow process, but
pressure is mounting.

So I'm going to close this as a bug, but your interest is
noted, and I will consider including them if this becomes
mainstream and well supported.

I have added the index.html link you requested though,
will be included with the next upload, RSN, really.
