Please unblock package redmine
The rails 5 transition took some time and due to that and many upstream changes
the redmine package was not able to land buster before the soft freeze. All the
autopkgtests are passing and the package builds fine. Since this is a leaf
package we do not expect too much trouble to include it in the next release.
This is a major upstream release, so you can check the git repo to review the
work done:

Given the fact that nobody unblocked it yet isn't a good sign for the
redmine-in-buster chances, but having two grave bugs reported against
this new version is going to block this 100%. To avoid others wasting
the time to review this bug I close it. If you really want to try again,
file a new bug after you fixed the grave issues.
