This bugreport is useless without the additional information from reportbug.
libhdf5_serial_hl.so.100 is provided by libhdf5-100 on stretch where
qgis (3.4.8+dfsg-1) is not available.
You probably shouldn't mix stable and unstable sources.
Fix your system to use only stretch (with or without backports), or
buster, or sid (with or without experimental). And purge packages not
available in the archive of the chosen release.
