Hi,
libgsecuredelete fails to cross build because its dependency, valac package,
is missing. Using valac:native instead of valac to cross-build can solve
this problem.

The problem description is technically correct. Annotating valac is a
possible route to fix this, but maybe it is not the best route as doing
so would require updating very many packages. We should try fixing this
in vala itself aka #889925. For this reason, I'm closing this bug.
