I see the issue about URL schema change 
https://github.com/BashtonLtd/apt-transport-s3/issues/33
But I do not see this major change reflected anywhere in the package 
changelogs: not in
changelog.Debian.gz or changelog.gz
Since this is breaking change, I'd also include it in the NEWS.Debian.gz as 
well.
