Conflicts: ike-server
This prevents co-installation with other IKE servers, like
Strongswan. Policy 7.4 says that Conflicts should not be used only
because packages provide the same functionality. I can use racoon on a
port and Strongswan on another one. In my case, I am using them in
distinct network namespace, so they don't conflict.
Please, remove this conflict.
