Package: webext-ublock-origin

User notices there is a package "webext-ublock-origin".

User also notices there is

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm

Bug: the webext-ublock-origin package Description should say
"If you can install https://chrome... then DON'T install this package."

or

"Install this package. DON'T install https://chrome....";

Don't just mention it in README etc. Thanks.

OK, so from the user's point of view it turns out to be a simple "should
I get my gas from this gas station or that (similar) gas station" after
all. Well at least now I (one person) know. So I'll close this bug.
