Netanim upstream has released new version 3.108, which provides compatibility
with Qt5. Upgrading to 3.108 can help remove the depdency to legacy Qt4 and
help us move another step ahead towards Qt4's removal.
Netanim hasn't receive any uploads since its initial upload in 2012. Please
