Howdy,
libmowgli is part of atheme-services and was extracted such that it could be
used in other applications.
It was thus packaged, but since it never ended up used in anything else
eventually atheme-services went
back to using the built-in version.
Now, if one wanted to submit a patch to atheme upstream and if one has
libmowgli-2 installed atheme will
fail to builid as libmowgli-2 is not maintained in Debian.
I therefore request the removal of this package as it provides no use, and if
anything gets in the way.
