Package: bittornado
Version: 0.3.7-2
Severity: normal

The --max_download_rate option on btlaunchmany curses should for the
'pool' of all torrents, as per --max_upload_rate. It is per torrent on
my machine, which makes it impossible to limit the incoming bandwidth
used if I am downloading more than one torrent (except by using multiple
btdownloadgui instances)
