It's been six years and many releases since this bug was filed, and
more than six months since an update was requested. Given this, and
that I was unable to reproduce the bug, I am closing it now. Please
don't hesitate to file a new bug in the future; there are more pairs
of eyes watching this package now :-)
Other notes: Calibre no longer provides an init script.
`calibre-server` started without errors and I was able to connect and
read books and articles.
Regards,
Nicholas
