seaborn, matplotlib2 and sphinx-gallery form a cycle of Python 2
build-dependencies, which makes it impossible to drop Python 2 packages
one at a time without breaking anything.
(I am about to start a discussion on debian-python on how cycles in
general should be handled.)
This cycle can be broken by removing the python-seaborn build-dependency
from sphinx-gallery (but keeping python3-seaborn).
The python(3)-sphinx-gallery binaries are bit-identical after this
change. The -doc isn't reproducible (#901307) so can't be tested this
way, but does still contain the "Seaborn example" image.
