The recent binNMU on amd64 rendered the freeipmi packages uninstallable
because of the --link-doc from an arch:any to an arch:all package.
The arch-dependent binary packages all got a dependency on
freeipmi-common (= 1.6.3-1.1+b1) which does not exist (as it is an
arch:all package, available at version 1.6.3-1.1 only).
