team agrees to request the removal of obfsproxy.
FTR Last time it was discussed¹ in the team, it was clear that obfsproxy
was obsolete, but fteproxy was blocking the removal; since then,
fteproxy got removed from testing and sid, and according to dak² there's
no blocker anymore for removal.
