Package: xfree86-driver-synaptics
Version: 0.14.4-1
When I try to load "synaptics" as mouse driver in X.Org it crashes
resulting in a kernel panic.
Running Debian GNU/Linux 3.1, kernel 2.6.15.2.
I've figured this to be some kind of incompatibility between the
driver and my running kernel as it has worked on close to identical
configurations with older kernels.

I'm closing this bug as it doesn't relate to any software part of Debian
:)
