run stardict in command line,it report the following error:

Load /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/stardict/plugins/stardict_festival.so failed!

Festival TTS plugin can't been use by stardict.

stardict hasn't Festival TTS function in the version 3.0.6-0.3 .
