--- Begin Message --- DDs have given back the builds to the Buildd system, and the FTBFS issues are all resolving themselves thanks to the newer version of Debhelper being available with the fix that caused the core issue.

I am marking this bug as resolved and done, as well as having marked it as fixed in debhelper.
