sxiv fails to cross build from source, because it uses the build
architecture compiler. It actually uses the correct compiler during
dh_auto_build and successfully cross builds. But then, it figures that
since .git/index doesn't exist, it must remake version.h during
dh_auto_install. Since dh_auto_install does not pass cross tools to
make, this fails. Having to rebuild during dh_auto_install sounds like a
bug though and that's what the attached patch fixes. Please consider
applying it.
