gtkspell fails to satisfy its cross Build-Depends due to the dependency
on libxml-parser-perl. Indeed, it no longer uses libxml-parser-perl
directly as it now uses the packaged intltool (which has a proper build
dependency). Thus the dependency on libxml-parser-perl is no longer
necessary. Removing it makes gtkspell cross buildable. Please consider
applying the attached patch.
