Please remove sgmltools-lite from Recommends, because sgmltools-lite
is Python 2 only and has no other strong reverse dependencies, so that
we are able to remove it to unblock the python2-rm transition.
$ apt rdepends sgmltools-lite
sgmltools-lite

Suggests: lyx
Depends: translate-docformat
