Upgarding p11-kit to 0.23.19 breaks many Flatpaks, including Steam and
Spotify. It seems Flatpak is using p11-kit-remote and the on-wire
format was updated, but the details are a bit fuzzy. This can be
solved by downgrading to 0.23.18.1-2 in testing.
