libgit2 cannot be cross built from source, because its Build-Depends
request python-minimal for the host architecture and that fails
postinst. Indeed, libgit2 wants a runnable python for testing. So it
needs the build architecture python instead. Please consider applying
the attached patch as it makes libgit2 cross buildable.
