* Use the kf5 dh addon instead of the kde one, as kf5 is the right one for
Frameworks-based stuff
- stop manually passing -DKDE_INSTALL_USE_QT_SYS_PATHS=ON to cmake, as
it is done automatically
* Do not override dh_install anymore, as there is a single binary package so
everything is installed already.
* Enable the parallel build, as it seems to work fine.
