Apparently, gitlab is not serving cached assets.
That's result on a very long loading time.

First of all, the name it's different. On Salsa and gitlab.org, file have a
hash in the name. Second, on my install, always response 200 OK.
Pages are served from nginx.
Other resources are served OK but the name also doesn't have these hash.

Apparently now is serving cached files. Loads time have been greatly
decreased on latest version.
Still, the version doesn't have any cache ID (as you can see on the
examples of the original bug) but that's not a problem.
