We fairly often get emails about the automated pings (the ones about
stuck processes, from process.maintenance.ping_stuck_processes()), and
often one request is about the not yet approved keycheck.
However, that ping is about everything *but* the keycheck.
I think those emails should contain the list of the requirements subject
to the "stuck check" that are not yet met.
