When editing an Appointment that contains Meeting information (even
if not editing the Meeting information), the evolution-wombat
begins looping furiously, consuming 100% CPU. This causes evolution
to hang until "evolution-1.4 --force-shutdown" is called from the
command line.
Editing an Appointment that does not contain Meeting information
does not cause problems.
I don't know if it makes any difference, but I don't have a local
contact list. I use LDAP instead.
This _may_ be related to bug #196426, although this is occurring in a
different version of evolution, and is not caused by adding or changing
a meeting attendee, since it begins happening _before_ getting to that
screen.
When I attach to running processes under this 100% CPU condition, here
