I am not the maintainer but from what I can see, the dbgsym packages do exist.
Please enable the debug symbol repository first as instructed in the wiki:
https://wiki.debian.org/HowToGetABacktrace#Installing_the_debugging_symbols
The files are viewable at http://deb.debian.org/debian-debug/pool/main/g/geany/.
