libsocl-contrib-1.3-0, libstarpu-contrib-1.3-2, other packages built from
the starpu-contrib source package need to be rebuilt updating their
dependencies on the new versions of libhdf, since they currently explicitly
depend on libhdf5-103, which is being replaced by libhdf5-103-1.
Till then, these packages will be uninstallable.
