youtube-dl recommends phantomjs, which pulls in hundreds of megabytes of
Qt libraries.
Phantomjs is seemingly used only for fetching resources from pornhub
(YoutubeDL.py checks if that and rtmpdump exist but uses neither).
Since pornhub is only one out of [too lazy to count] places youtube-dl
supports, I dare say that it is the ideal use for "Suggests" rather than
"Recommends".
