Package: sudo
Version: 1.7.2p7-1
Severity: minor
Please compare the new sudo -l output:
Matching Defaults entries for madduck on this host:
!lecture, ignore_dot, !listpw, passwd_tries=2, timestamp_timeout=15,
passprompt="[sudo] %p@%H's
password: "
User madduck may run the following commands on this host:
(root) /usr/bin/aptitude dist-upgrade
(root) NOPASSWD: /usr/bin/aptitude update, (root) /usr/bin/aptitude
safe-upgrade
(root) NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/puppetd -t, (root) /usr/sbin/puppetd --test
to what it used to be like (on lenny, 1.6.9p17-3), with exactly the
same configuration:
User madduck may run the following commands on this host:
(root) /usr/bin/aptitude dist-upgrade
(root) NOPASSWD: /usr/bin/aptitude update
(root) NOPASSWD: /usr/bin/aptitude safe-upgrade
(root) NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/puppetd -t
(root) NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/puppetd --test
Here's someone who really prefers the old output. :(
I think the Defaults flags can be part of the -ll output, but not of
when I just want -l. And if, then one per line, please.

Upstream points out that he never considered this a bug, because the
newer output format more closely aligned with sudoers content.
