Hi,
pgadmin3 has been patched on Debian to support PostgreSQL 10.
Unfortunately, it gives errors with PostgreSQL 11, mostly
complaining that prosiagg does not exist (as it has been removed
from PostgreSQL 11). pgadmin3 is still usable when we acknowledge the
errors, but still those errors might have consequences later in
the app usage.
I've seen a patch that adds support for PG 11 on GitHub. [1]
I would suggest to apply this patch to the Debian version of pgadmin3.
