Package: netsurf-fb
Version: 3.2+dfsg-2

Dear maintainers,

I am trying to run netsurf-fb on a TTY on an old laptop (i686): I can
avoid the "Unable to open mouse" bug with the "hack" described in https
://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=711504

Unfortunately, this is not enough to make netsurf-fb starting:

$ netsurf-fb
Couldn't set console screen info

And if I run with the verbose option:

$ netsurf-fb -v

Please do not hesitate to ask if I can get more information somehow.

Hi Yvan

It works for me, you'll need be root (or maybe some other permission
will work as well, I didn't care to figure out, I'm hardly ever using
framebuffer).
I tested with 3.9-1 version of netsurf-fb

But the -verbose setting tells you so as well.

I'm closing this bug now, if you disagree feel free to re-open.
