As part of removing babel version 6 (replaced by babel 7)[1] from the
archive, please remove this package. Its only reverse dependency
(node-babel-plugin-transform-react-jsx) is also marked for removal.

This binary is still built by the current node-babel source in Unstable, so a
removal bug is not the correct way to address this issue. To remove this
binary, node-babel needs to be updated not to build it anymore and then the
normal semi-automatic decrufting process will take care of it's removal. No
bug needed.
