Hello,
the texlive-lang-czechslovak depends on all other European
texlive-lang-xxx packages, like English, German, French, etc. This makes
the overall size of packages brought by it up to several hundreds
MB. I'm not quite sure why that would be necessary, as it is the only
language pack that has this property. Please check that the
dependencies there are absolutely needed.

No, it does **NOT** interfere with other languages, this has been the
case since the introduction of different hyphenation patterns - wait -
30 years ago?
So, besides the worry for disk space, there is no problem.
If you want something else, please contact Petr Olsak about it.
