Package: libparse-debianchangelog-perl
Version: 1.1.1-2
Severity: important

When calling parsechangelog with a reference to a version that is not
present in the NEWS.Debian (or changelog.Debian), issues appear:

Consider the attached example file with :
package (3) unstable; urgency=low
package (2) unstable; urgency=low
package (1) unstable; urgency=low

* --to and --until fail when the value passed is a version not present
in the file:
parsechangelog --to 2.1 -l./example.NEWS.Debian
Can't call method "Header" on unblessed reference at
/usr/share/perl5/Parse/DebianChangelog/Util.pm line 149.

The entries for versions 1 and 2 are expected.

* --from and --since silently fail when the value passed is a version not
present
in the file:
parsechangelog --since 2.1 -l./example.NEWS.Debian
-> All entries are returned, while 1 and 2 should not.

Example test file attached.
