The file ‘jquery.debounce-1.0.5.js’ is a third-party library. It
should not be bundled in the source for ‘phpmyadmin’; as per Debian
Policy §4.13, it needs to be packaged separately and declared as a
dependency package for ‘phpmyadmin’.
The RFP in bug#829407 requests the packaging of the library, so blocks
this bug's resolution.
