ISTR there is already a tag flagging possibly wrong rules target that
are likely a typo of a dh override.  Please also flag these.

I think this is just on the side of being a bit too improbable, so am
closing this. If you see it again, we can always revisit it.

To be explicit to others and to history: please don't take this as
discouragement around filing bugs. I would rather close more like this
than people keep issues to themselves that could benefit many others.
