kpartx installs the udev rules file /lib/udev/rules.d/68-del-part-nodes.rules
which referes to /usr/sbin/partx, but partx lives in /usr/bin on
Debian (buster).
Please fix this for buster; I believe this causes problems further
down in the device stack / udev rule chain which then sometimes
doesn't create some device symlinks.
