The speed reported by speedtest is wrong, much lower than real.
Specially the download speed.
speedtest downloaded from github gives a much higher speed.
In one test, speedtest --server 2254 (the nearest server) report
download speed 250.21 Mbit/s and upload speed of 4.08 Mbit/sec.
but using speedtest from https://github.com/sivel/speedtest-cli with
the same options
python ./speedtest.py --server 2254 reports download speed of 603.13
Mbit/s and upload speed of 305.50 Mbit/s
