Create two listviewitems, then a sub-item under the first, and expand 
the first. Set the second item to invisible.

There is a dotted line from the first down to where the second was, even 
after forcing a redraw. There may be other examples of extra dotted 
lines, it looks like "invisible" items are actually only taken out of 
the picture as horizontal slices, which is incorrect.
