Hi,
There's a new upstream release available.
I just packaged it for Ubuntu because I noticed that the autopkgtest was
broken after GStreamer 1.18 was uploaded. (Couldn't find omx.so.)
They ported to meson, so it required some changes.
Here's my packaging in case that's useful for you for Debian. Feel free
to take it and change whatever you want.

* debian/rules: Explicitly stop installing libgstomx-bellagio.so while we're
not building gstreamer1.0-omx-bellagio, so that dh_missing --fail-missing
passes.
